Review: Nude by Nature Natural Mineral Cover

If you have been to my blog, then you might have realised that I had a review done for this before~ I took it down cause I thought it wasn't very good and I mainly just blabbered on >.<

So anyhow, here's me re-reviewing the Nude by Nature Mineral Cover again.

Description
With just a few swirls of the brush, this exceptional all natural mineral foundation has the ability to make any blemish disappear from sight. Instant beautiful results with pure ingredients without caking, clogging or even looking like you’re wearing make-up at all! They offer natural sun protection with a high SPF guard against damaging ultra-violet rays whilst being water resistant.

This is apparently Australia's No.1 best voted mineral makeup. It costs $39.95 and you get 15g in a jar. Now now, before you say anything else let me just say, yes it is expensive, but if you think about it you get 15g worth of product. Now that's quite a lot for the price you pay compared to other powders such as Bare Essentials.

Okay so when I first bought this which was around mid December last year I used it everyday for about 3-4 months I think. But since then I have stopped using it. Not because I don't like it anymore, but it's just too dark for my skin tone now. But I'll let you guys know what I think about this product anyway.

Pros

- No fragrance
- No breakouts
- Feels very light on the skin
- Light-Medium coverage but definitely buildable
- Contains very little ingredients: Iron Oxide, Mica, Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide
- Does not contain Bismuth Oxychloride which is apparently not good for sensitive skin since there is a high risk of skin irritations and breakouts (Bismuth is what gives mineral makeup its shimmer and also makes it adhere to skin well)

Cons

- A little bit on the expensive side
- Little selection of shades
- Not very waterproof/sweat-proof
- Can look cakey if you put too much on
- Makes pores look larger after a few hours, but maybe that's just me?

Overall

I think this is a decent foundation for those who are looking for mineral wear, that is if you don't mind the price. It gives you a great, natural looking finish and leaves your skin feeling smooth. If you only put a thin layer on it doesn't look like you are wearing any makeup and gives you the perfect complexion. It is definitely buildable so if you want more coverage just buff on another layer but be careful from caking yourself~

* Note: Once opened, it is best for it to be used within 36months.
